Individual and Community Preparedness Workshop
The Individual and Community Preparedness Workshop, which will take place from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM over two days, August 12th and 13th, will present best practices and innovative techniques for preparing the whole community, including presentations on the Public and Private Sectors, Access and Functional Needs, Faith-Based Organizations, Voluntary Organizations, and Youth programs. People’s Climate March
In September, world leaders are coming to New York City for a UN summit on the climate crisis. UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon is urging governments to support an ambitious global agreement to dramatically reduce global warming pollution. With everyone’s future on the line and the whole world watching, People’s Climate March will take a stand to bend the course of history. Everyone is welcome.
