Licensed clinicians will be present to educate attendees on the common reactions and symptoms experienced by people who have been exposed to a single event disaster such as Superstorm Sandy, share how disasters affect the way we think and feel, and teach techniques proven to help people manage stress and improve their quality of life. Participants will also have the opportunity to continue work more intensively on these issues through a free in-home 10-week program.
** Licensed clinicians will be available to answer questions about the program; there will not be a presentation.
