As required by the Department of Housing and Urban Development, the City will hold at least one public hearing following the release of any substantial amendment of the Action Plan. In January 2015, the City will hold public hearings in Staten Island, Queens, Brooklyn, the Bronx, and Manhattan. Comments on the proposed Amendment 8 can be submitted during the public hearings.
