As required by the Department of Housing and Urban Development, the City will hold at least one public hearing following the release of any substantial amendment of the Action Plan. This October, the City will hold public hearings in Staten Island, Queens and Brooklyn. Comments on the proposed Amendment 12 can be submitted during the public hearings and through the CDBG website.
